Consortium pools

A consortium combines eligible drivers from multiple companies into one random selection pool. It is a practical option for owner-operators and smaller fleets. A sole owner-operator subject to FMCSA rules, and not covered through a leasing carrier’s program, needs an appropriate consortium arrangement.

Company random pools

Eligible multi-driver employers can use a dedicated pool of their own covered drivers. This keeps selections and documentation organized around one company. We help you consider driver count and program needs before choosing the arrangement.

What program administration includes

QuickLabs coordinates random pool administration, selections, testing, and program documentation. Employers must provide accurate roster changes, respond to selections, and carry out required employment actions. Joining a pool does not remove those responsibilities.

Get your program started

Contact us with your business name, covered driver count, and whether you already have a random program. We will discuss the appropriate option, pricing, and enrollment steps. Do not send driver medical records through the public inquiry form.

Employer responsibilities remain with the employer. Read the official DOT / FMCSA guidance.

A useful question

Can a one-person company use its own random pool?
A pool containing only the owner-operator does not meet the applicable random selection requirement. We can discuss a shared consortium program.
