Website privacy notice

This notice covers the QuickLabs marketing website. It does not describe the separate systems used to manage testing records.

Business inquiries

When you contact QuickLabs, we use the business contact information you provide to respond to your request and discuss services. Please do not include test results, Social Security numbers, prescriptions, medical history, or other sensitive testing information.

Email and forms

If the form is labeled “Prepare Email Inquiry,” it opens a draft in your email application; the website does not submit the inquiry. If secure online submission is enabled, the form identifies that process before submission and uses Formspree to process the inquiry. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.

Analytics choices

Optional analytics are disabled unless configured and accepted through the analytics choice shown on the website. Declining optional analytics keeps these tags from loading. When analytics are enabled, you can change your choice using the analytics settings control. Contact details and form text are not sent as analytics event parameters.
