QuickLabs testing administration

Follow-Up Testing

Keep the next stage of a driver’s testing process organized. QuickLabs coordinates follow-up testing around the SAP’s prescribed plan.

Follow the individual SAP plan

After the applicable return-to-duty process, the SAP prescribes follow-up testing requirements. The employer is responsible for ensuring the plan is carried out. Tests are unannounced and separate from the company’s random selections.

Different from random testing

A random selection does not substitute for a required follow-up test. Covered drivers remain subject to the applicable random program while also meeting the follow-up plan. DOT follow-up drug collections are directly observed.

Keep coordination and records clear

Your designated employer representative works with QuickLabs on testing coordination and required program information. Discuss the plan through the appropriate secure channel; do not upload test results or SAP records to an ordinary website inquiry form.

Employer responsibilities remain with the employer. Read the official DOT / FMCSA guidance.
